Seems that foreign ppl do send chocolate too. In Japan originally it's a day to send chocolate or gift to loved one, or some males you face in ordinary life, like colleagues or bosses. Though recently there are some change happening.
*Chocolate to myself.
*Chocolate to girlfriends.
I've got some from a bank near here, and sent two, casual ones. Seems that no White Day exists overseas. It's March 14th, that ppl got chocolate on Feb 14th have to send gifts back.
