Japanese generally love Christmas. Although they are not Christians. Of course, Christians are not rare in Japan.
Somehow, Christmas Eve has become a "Lovers' Day" to date and exchange Christmas gifts in Japan.
For me, this year enjoyed Christmas in an authentic and spritual(not in Japanese wrong-spread meaning of ghost or new-age or something) way. That is, to become generous, to hope peaceful holidays for everyone involved.
Wanted to put a Santa hat to my ferrets. Though it was badly ruined by their mischief.
Now I'm cleaning upstairs of my home. Cleaning everywhere before year-end is Japanese custom. December is called Shiwasu in old way, the meaning is "Even teachers run around".
