How I learned that flowers talk. The victim whose car I bumped mine was happy to get flowers arrangement Ive sent. Relieved. My Micra is back from Nissan yesterday, still a bit scared to drive.
The problem is, theres a case in my local Prefecture police. In Japan, after drunken two boys caused an awful car accident and three little children died, the regulation against drink and drive became tough. Though, the policeman was captured when drinking and driving, _literately_. Supposedly the person was in ill in some way, but havent heard its talked in this way in the media.
So the papers for mine will be late.
Someday Ill write about strange drivers licence taking system in here.
